Contract-to-Hire
We are not of the belief that we are losing a consultant if a client decides to hire an individual we have placed on a temporary basis. It is our contention that we are gaining the trust of our client’s, and establishing a partnership that will lead to a mutually beneficial relationship for years to come. All of the consultants we place are eligible to become fulltime employees of our client’s.
